Doug Wilson

Managing Director

Doug is Managing Director of Havisham Homes and Farr & Roberts (Builders) Ltd, the latter he purchased in 1999 along with his brother Ron.

He is also a Director of the Thames Valley Construction Training Association. He has some 30 years experience in the building industry.

Ben Rawson


Ben is the Managing Director of Havisham Group and Director of Havisham Homes.

Ben graduated from Bristol Business School with an Honours degree in International Business Studies with Spanish, having spent one year at Granada University. Ben's principal interests include music, travelling, cars and watching Manchester United.

Ron Wilson

Technical Director

Ron is Technical Director of Havisham Homes and Farr & Roberts Builders Limited. He attained his degree in Structural Engineering from Brunel University, prior to joining Ove Arups.

He balanced his professional life with a six-year period of playing rugby for Scotland, as a fly half.

David Brownlow


David is the founder and Chairman of Havisham Group.

His business philosophy and success is based on:

· providing strong leadership and consistent messages

· making a business flexible and nimble to meet the demands of clients

· ensuring an unrivalled track record of delivery to clients

· remembering that as well as clients, delivery and profit, business is about people, their careers and families. This means that making work fun for everyone engaged in the business is important

· being able to make hard decisions

In addition to David's commercial interests in Havisham Group he also owns Huntswood who specialises in retail conduct risk with these key areas of expertise: managed resource, consulting, recruitment, learning and development, and its sister company Conduit.

Quite a lot of David's time is spent on his charitable and philanthropic activities.

David has his own Charitable Foundation which provides support where there is evidence of disadvantage - be it an individual or community.

In addition he is working with HRH The Prince of Wales to support Him in two areas: His Foundation for Building Community - where He made David a Trustee in 2013 and its Chairman in early 2014 - and also His work at Dumfries House where He has made me a Trustee.

For some years David has been a Patron of The Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract and a Patron of the NSPCC's Full Stop campaign.

In February 2015 The Mayor of London appointed David as a Commissioner to sit on The London Sustainable Development Commission.
